Cutouts and Lace

                 Hello loves! I purchased this really cute navy blue skirt with laser cutouts on the bottom. I walked into Ann Taylor, since they were having 40% off full price items and saw this skirt and fell in love. I wasn't sure how I would wear it at the time, but I knew I had to get it and figure it out later LOL.  I paired it with a navy blue lace top and gray pumps.
